AT LEAST ONE member from EACH band (excluding touring package) MUST be at the white owl between 12:00 - 1:00 to check in with staff and collect your wrist bands. Unless prior arrangements are made if one member representing your band is not there BEFORE doors open then we will assume that you are not playing and WILL be removed from the line up, so please just get in touch with us and let us know ahead of time if you will be late, we understand that some of you are traveling great distances just give us a heads up. ONE wrist band will be given to each member and each band will receive ONE extra wrist band for guest/merch (sorry guys but this show is costing a lot to put on and we cant let 20 of your friends in for free). WRIST BANDS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, you WILL NOT be able to come in and out freely without your wrist band. This is the only way we can monitor the traffic flow and keep kids from sneaking in.
OPENING BAND MUST BE AT THE WHITE OWL BY 11:00 AND MUST BE READY FOR SOUND CHECK BY 1:00!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!
